Nursing Home Week 2010

NH Week LogoCrockett County Nursing Home will join other long-term care facilities around the country in celebrating National Nursing Home Week, beginning on Mother's Day, May 9, and continuing through May 15.

"Enriching Every Day" is the theme selected for Nursing Home Week 2010 by the American Health Care Association. This year’s theme is designed to honor those who are “Enriching Every Day” for others, thus adding value to life and overcoming many of the infirmities of age and disability.

CCNH invites family members, friends and everyone in the Crockett County area to join us in spotlighting not only our residents, but also our staff members, who strive to "enrich every day" and make a positive difference in the lives of those they care for on a daily basis.

A supportive and caring environment, such as a nursing home, provides enrichment for residents and families to continue growing, learning and teaching through various ways. The week also provides an opportunity to honor all those who contribute to our nation’s nursing homes – residents, family members, employees and volunteers.
